Its custom-designed Santa Fe-Style luxury home has been
immaculately maintained and offers unique features like custom iron work,
curved walls and fine finishes. A comfortable and open format on the main level
includes a gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar (seats 6), dining area and a great
room with fireplace. As you walk out onto a beautiful and newly updated covered
deck, relax into the crisp Colorado air, deep blue skies and soak in the front-seat
views of majestic Pikes Peak. Double doors grant entry into a master suite
complete w/gas fireplace, sitting/exercise room, elegant bath w/heated floors,
walk-in closet and deck access. Added to the main level is an extra flex
room/office with bookshelves/cabinetry, large windows and a generously sized
mud room.
The lower level is a playhouse of fun and comfort with both
indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. A wide, semicircular staircase takes
you to a bright and open family/playroom for billiards, pinball, cards,
puzzles. There is a cozy gas stove and wet bar area. But wait, there is a
special room for kids of all ages - a swimming area with a heated, 36 ft indoor
lap pool, complete w/bath and changing station. Spoil family, friends with (2) private guest bedrooms - each with large windows and separate
baths. A covered lower patio welcomes you outside to explore the landscaped
gardens filled with more Columbines, flowering plants, shrubs and trees. Relax
by the outdoor fountain and even fire up the BBQ grill. The grounds offer plenty

“Barn Master Barn” w/, Hay/Tack, ½ Bath & Bunk-Bedroom, Nelson Horse
Waterers, several paddocks, (2) loafing sheds, and an outdoor arena. You can
also store your equipment and motorized “toys” in the 30’ x 40’ Cleary
Building. A fully fenced perimeter with gates, offer direct access into the bordering
Forest for unlimited trail riding, hiking and exploring. Sit tall in your saddle

time in the towns of Cripple Creek and Victor (45 minutes away). Here you will
experience the Old Glory Days of the Gold Rush Era while also enjoying the
local entertainment, events, restaurants, and even small stakes gambling. A
glance at Pikes Peak (“America’s Mountain”) will beckon you to the top of this
amazing “Fourteener.” Pick your method of travel- hike, car ride, cog-railway and
